Professional Robotics,
Plug-and-Play Simplicity

Watch how Arctos Studio turns complex robot programming into a visual, intuitive workflow — without sacrificing industrial-grade capability.

Visual Program Recording

Move your robot to positions and record. No G-code, no scripting required to get started.

Simulation Before Reality

Test every program in the digital twin before sending a single command to physical hardware.

Real-time Collision Avoidance

Depth camera integration stops the robot before any collision — in simulation and with real hardware.

What’s included

Everything in One Platform

From basic joint control to AI-driven pick-and-place. Arctos Studio scales from first-time builders to professional automation engineers.

Digital Twin

Real-time sync between physical and virtual robot. 10ms latency. What moves in simulation moves in reality.

Collision Prevention

Active blocking stops movements before impact. Depth camera point clouds detect real-world obstacles.

VLM Robot Control

Say “pick up the red ball” and watch it happen. Gemini vision AI analyzes the scene and controls the robot.

AI & LLM Integration

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or local LLMs like Qwen3. Generate robot code from plain English descriptions.

Visual PLC Editor

Drag-and-drop logic blocks. Build automation sequences without code. Export to real Arduino hardware.

Python Scripting

Full Python API for advanced control. Embed scripts in programs, control multiple robots, build custom workflows.

YOLO Object Detection

AI-powered multi-object detection in real-time. 80+ object classes out of the box. Drives pick-and-place automation.

Post Processing

Export native code for FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots, and G-code. One program, any robot brand.

Reinforcement Learning

Built-in Gym environment for training AI agents directly on your robot. PPO and other RL algorithms included.

Digital Twin

Simulate First.
Deploy with Confidence.

Real-time synchronization between your simulation and physical robot. Test every program virtually, then deploy knowing exactly what will happen.

10ms latency between simulation and hardware
Physical robot mirrors simulation movements exactly
Safe testing of complex programs before real execution
Available for Closed Loop CAN bus robots

Yes. The free version of Arctos Studio has no time limit, no feature expiry, and no credit card required. It includes full robot control, IK movement, program recording, PLC programming, Python scripting, and basic computer vision — everything you need to learn and prototype.
Arctos Studio supports KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Universal Robots, UFactory, Mitsubishi, LeRobot, Unitree, and any robot you can import via URDF. The Pro version can export native code for FANUC (.LS), KUKA (.SRC), ABB (RAPID), Universal Robots (.script), and G-code for CNC machines.
The Free version covers all the basics — robot control, programming, PLC, Python, and simulation. Pro adds the advanced features: Digital Twin synchronization, real-time collision prevention, VLM natural language control, AI/LLM integration, YOLO object detection, depth cameras (Kinect, RealSense), physics simulation, 3D printing and welding path generation, post-processing for industrial robots, and the reinforcement learning Gym.
No. Arctos Studio works as a standalone robot simulation and programming environment. You can simulate, program, and generate code for any supported robot brand without any physical hardware. The Arctos robot arm connects natively but is not required.
Arctos Studio Pro supports Google Gemini (also used for VLM vision control), OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and local LLMs via Ollama. For local use the community recommends Qwen3 480B for best results. All AI integration is done through the Settings → AI Settings panel where you enter your API keys.
Yes — €99.95 once, forever. That includes all future updates. When new features ship (like the v2.7 VLM and Digital Twin additions, or v3.0 optimizations) you get them automatically at no extra cost. No subscription, no annual renewal, no per-seat fees.
